Política de Uso Aceptable / Acceptable Use Policy

1. Propósito

Esta Política de Uso Aceptable ("PUA") define las conductas prohibidas al usar ProjexaGo. Su incumplimiento puede derivar en la suspensión o cancelación inmediata del Servicio.

2. Conductas prohibidas

• Usar el Servicio para actividades ilegales, fraudulentas o engañosas.
• Publicar o vender bienes o servicios ilícitos, falsificados, robados, o cuya venta esté restringida o prohibida por ley (p. ej., drogas ilícitas, armas reguladas, especies protegidas, material de explotación infantil, documentos o datos robados).
• Infringir derechos de propiedad intelectual, de privacidad o de imagen de terceros.
• Cargar malware, código malicioso o realizar actividades de phishing o suplantación.
• Intentar vulnerar, escanear o sobrecargar la infraestructura; eludir límites, cuotas o controles de seguridad o de aislamiento entre inquilinos.
• Acceder a datos o cuentas de otros usuarios sin autorización.
• Enviar spam o comunicaciones no solicitadas en violación de las leyes anti-spam.
• Usar el Servicio para acosar, difamar, incitar al odio o a la violencia.
• Revender o sublicenciar el Servicio sin autorización por escrito.
• Uso automatizado abusivo (scraping masivo, bots) que degrade el Servicio.

3. Contenido del Cliente

Usted es responsable de todo el contenido que publique y de que cumpla la ley y esta PUA. Podemos retirar contenido o suspender tiendas que infrinjan esta política, sin previo aviso cuando exista riesgo legal o de seguridad.

4. Denuncias y cumplimiento

Para reportar abuso o contenido infractor escriba a admin@projexaai.com. Podemos investigar y tomar las medidas que estimemos apropiadas, incluida la cooperación con autoridades.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines conduct that is prohibited when using ProjexaGo. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Service.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Using the Service for illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Listing or selling unlawful, counterfeit or stolen goods or services, or those whose sale is restricted or prohibited by law (e.g. illicit drugs, regulated weapons, protected species, child sexual abuse material, stolen documents or data).
• Infringing the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others.
• Uploading malware or malicious code, or conducting phishing or impersonation.
• Attempting to breach, scan or overload the infrastructure; circumventing limits, quotas, security controls or tenant isolation.
• Accessing other users' data or accounts without authorization.
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications in violation of anti-spam laws.
• Using the Service to harass, defame, or incite hatred or violence.
• Reselling or sublicensing the Service without written authorization.
• Abusive automated use (mass scraping, bots) that degrades the Service.

3. Customer Content

You are responsible for all content you publish and for its compliance with the law and this AUP. We may remove content or suspend stores that violate this policy, without prior notice where there is a legal or security risk.

4. Reports and enforcement

To report abuse or infringing content, contact admin@projexaai.com. We may investigate and take any action we deem appropriate, including cooperating with authorities.
